Full-time faculty members receive the following increases:
- Fiscal Year 2022–23: $5,035 flat-dollar-amount raise added to base salary and retroactive to July 1, 2022
- Fiscal Year 2023–24: 3.5% across-the-board salary increase, effective July 1, 2023
- Fiscal Year 2024–25: salary pool increase of 3.25% for merit awards, effective July 1, 2024
- Fiscal Year 2025–26: 3.5% across-the-board salary increase, effective July 1, 2025
EOF counselors receive the following increases:
- Fiscal Year 2022–23: $5,035 flat-dollar-amount raise added to base salary and retroactive to July 1, 2022
- Fiscal Year 2023–24: 3.5% across-the-board salary increase, effective July 1, 2023
- Fiscal Year 2024–25: 3.5% across-the-board salary increase, effective July 1, 2024
- Fiscal Year 2025–26: 3.5% across-the-board salary increase, effective July 1, 2025

Dues for Adjunct Lecturers (in the Rutgers Adjunct Faculty Union)
