Salary Equity Program Info Session – Tuesday, January 13, 12pm

Dear colleague,

Happy New Year! Over the past year, some of you have expressed concerns about being underpaid compared to colleagues of equivalent rank and accomplishment. In our 2018–22 union contract, we won a groundbreaking Salary Equity Program to address pay inequities for full-time faculty members—and we have continued to negotiate improvements in the process in the years since.

The application window to apply for a pay equity adjustment is now open; the deadline for applying is March 1. To learn what is involved, come to a Salary Equity Program Info Session on Tuesday, January 13, at 12 p.m. on Zoom. Click here to RSVP. The session will be led by Dana Britton and Cynthia Daniels, our union’s co-directors of the program.
