Picket or Treat on Halloween: Nothing Scarier Than a University That Preys on Your Labor

Dear colleague,

The scariest time of the year is upon us! Yes, Halloween is around the corner. What is even more frightening is that the Rutgers administration is refusing to give us a real response to our demands at the bargaining table. We are asking for a living wage for grad workers, a path to tenure for NTTs, equal pay for adjunct faculty, control over our teaching and research conditions, increased anti-discrimination protections, and so much more that would make a real difference to all of us who work at Rutgers.

Don’t let this administration continue to vampirically suck our blood! Join us across all three campuses for a Halloween Picket or Treat action. Costumes encouraged, candy provided!

Picket or Treat – Monday, October 31, 11:30 a.m.–2 p.m.
New Brunswick: Outside of Murray Hall (College Ave.)
Newark: Outside of Robeson Campus Center
Camden: Outside of the Campus Center

Click here to tell us you’ll be there!

In solidarity,
