Dear colleague,
We hope that your semester has been off to a good start. Our member-led bargaining committee has been hard at work reviewing survey results and developing language to win a stronger contract for us all. In order to do that, we need to hear from you. With that in mind, our bargaining committee has planned a series of issue-specific town halls to generate conversation and receive member input ahead of bargaining. We encourage all members to plan to attend these union town halls to discuss the issues that most impact your experience at Rutgers.
