Join your union colleagues for a Zoom training to practice having effective organizing conversations!
Having these conversations is key to getting members involved in our contract campaign to win our demands, and recruit more folks to our union and build our power.
In this training we’ll run through the basics of an organizing conversation and have opportunities to practice with fellow members. Afterwards we’ll put this into practice by having conversations with nonmembers who filled out our bargaining petition.
