Full-Time Faculty who are tenured, tenure-track, or non-tenure-track should check their paychecks on July 15, 2016.
The 2.125% across-the-board (ATB) increase for Fiscal Year 2016-2017 should be fully reflected in July 15, 2016 paychecks. Your July 1, 2016 paycheck should have reflected the ATB applied for one day of that pay period.
Faculty earning below the new July 1, 2016 minimum salaries will be brought up to the new minimums on July 29, 2016 retroactive to July 1, 2016. The salary provisions are contained in Article VIII of the full Agreement.
The final year of the full-time contract, FY 2017-2018, includes another round of the Faculty Compensation Program (FCP). The FCP review process will take place in the upcoming Fall semester with awards that are effective July 1, 2017 distributed on or about the same date.
Finally, tenure-track faculty at the rank of Assistant Professor who were reappointed on July 1, 2016 should see in their paychecks a 2.5% increase on July 29, 2016 retroactive to the effective date of reappointment.
