Flyer for the November 10, 2015 Action that will take place at the kick-off for the 250th Anniversary for Rutgers University--if we don't get positive movement at the bargaining table for Part-Time Lecturers before that date.

Adjunct poverty isn't revolutionary

As management launches a year of celebrations for the 250th anniversary of the founding of Rutgers University, thousands of adjuncts work for low pay, without respect or healthcare benefits. A mere 0.6% of Rutgers' annual $3.8 billion budget goes to the 1,800 part-time lecturers who teach more than 30% of all classes.

We call on President Barchi to be truly revolutionary and end adjunct poverty at Rutgers University.

Join Rutgers adjuncts, full-time faculty, and students as we rally at the launch of the 250th anniversary celebration.

Tuesday, November 10
4 PM
